Chris Yano is the CEO of RYNO Strategic Solutions, a leading Digital Marketing company that has focused on the home services industry since 2008. He is also the host of the popular HomeServices podcast, To The Point. He is an experienced business owner, investor, and philanthropist with a heart for the trades.
Ken Goodrich is a seasoned entrepreneurial executive with over 30 years of experience in acquiring, integrating and developing HVAC, plumbing and contracting businesses. He is highly skilled in developing high-performance leadership teams with a focus on growth, process improvement, customer satisfaction and accountability for performance, building and selling eight companies throughout his career. Ken is a licensed General HVAC and Plumbing Contractor in Nevada, Arizona, and California, and also serves as a member of numerous local and national trade organizations.
Frank DiMarco has led the Service Champions Group as Chief Operating Officer since 2018 and brings over 30 years of operational experience and third-generation lineage in the home services industry, including serving as Vice President of Operations with Horizons Services and Regional Manager with Goodman. He brings foresight, integrity, and tenacity in delivering the absolute best home service experience to our customers. Frank has a B.S. in Business Administration from John Carroll University.
Brian Sloan is a 3rd generation tradesman and the owner and president of TR Miller Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. He started off sweeping floors before working his way into management and has worked in every level of the business. His leadership style combines compassion and calculation; and he inspires his team to win with both heart and data.
Chad Peterman is the CEO of Peterman Brothers. Under the leadership of Chad and his brother Tyler, Peterman has grown to a company of over 600 team members across six locations, serving the residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs of customers in central Indiana. Peterman Brothers has earned a position on the Indy Star’s Top Workplaces List six consecutive times, the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Fast 25 in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, Plumbing & Mechanical Magazine’s Residential Contractor of the Year in 2019 and the Inc 5000 list in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. In 2021, they were also awarded the Dealer of the Year by Bryant Heating and Cooling Systems as the top Bryant dealer in the United States. Chad also founded the Peterman Top Tech Academy in 2020 to train the next generation of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians.
In 2022, Chad was named Top 40 Under 40 by ACHR News and has had the honor of sharing the stage with the likes of Cordia Harrington, Steve Forbes, Alan Mullaly, Ken Fisher, and Dan Kennedy when it comes to sharing his message about how growing your people will ultimately grow your company. Chad has also authored two books, his most recent being “Can’t Stop the Growth: How to Build a Culture That Takes Care of Your Customers.” He also hosts the podcast “You Can’t Stop the Growth.”
