ACCA Conference FAQ

The conference will take place April 2-5, 2023 at the New Orleans Marriott in New Orleans, LA.

Monday, April 3: 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Tuesday, April 4: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Residential Contractors, Light Commercial Contractors, Commercial/Industrial Contractors, Institutional Contractors, Design/Build Contractors, Facility Operators, Manufacturers, Wholesalers, Distributors, Consolidators, and other industry professionals (teachers, architects, vocational schools, engineers).
No, you can attend the show and not be a member of ACCA; however, you will be missing out on great discounts and access to certain sessions and special events.
Due to safety concerns associated with the nature of Exhibitor equipment and products, no children under the age of 16 (including infants) will be permitted to attend the show.
Business casual for educational sessions and Expo. Business attire for the ACCA Board of Directors meeting.

The All-Access Pass gives you access to all breakout sessions, mainstage sessions, Expo, meals, and networking/social events. The Community Pass gives you access to the mainstage sessions, meals, Expo, and networking/social events.

If you are unable to attend and would like to nominate a substitute, please let us know by writing to us at events@acca.org.

Things happen. We know that you would NEVER want to cancel your attendance for this program, but we all understand that life sometimes throws unexpected things our way. Please send cancellation notifications to events@acca.org for a refund minus a $75 administrative fee.

Cancellations after the March 1, 2023 deadline are not eligible for a refund.

If you have any particular dietary needs or require special assistance, simply contact events@acca.org, and they will get back to you.
