Brandon Brown started an HVAC business in 2006 from scratch with only $500 to his name. He built it from the ground up and now leads 25-30 employees earning six million in revenue annually. His company has been named the Best HVAC and Plumbing Company in Central VA multiple times and a Top Business in Central VA Overall with (50 employees or less). Brandon was named to the ACHR’s Top 40 Under 40 HVAC Business Owners list in 2017, 2020’s Who’s Who Book of Top 100 Businesspeople, and is a Conquer Business Coach that helps businesses nationwide grow the right way.
Brandon serves on the NSBA (National Small Business Association) Leadership Council and appeared on Fox and Friends and Newsmax Small Business Roundtable in 2022, discussing inflation and issues for small businesses. He was also named the 2023 Civic Leader of the Year in Lynchburg, VA, and will soon be publishing his first book, titled Cool Success – Navigating the Highs and Lows of HVAC Life.
