DESCRIPTION

This course will cover the considerations a company should make when upfitting a van. It will include how a company’s approach to upfitting a van can impact risk management, employee retention, and the bottom line. The considerations presented will be reinforced through the case scenarios of accidents and near misses in the vocational work environment.

Jon Bezon

Adrian Steel

Jon Bezon has spent most of his career in B2B sales and sales management, starting in 1987 with Cellular One of Northeast Ohio. Jon was a cellular sales pioneer back when convincing someone that they needed a cellular phone was the hardest part of the job. In 2007, Jon joined Adrian Steel Company as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager. During his ten years as a Regional Sales Manager, a substantial sales growth was achieved in the Northeast region.

Throughout his career, Jon has held various sales management positions in the telecom industry and at Adrian Steel, he has owned and operated a chain of self-designed Pizza Shops. Over the past 16 years, he has continued his sales and management growth with Adrian Steel Company.
