Kurt joined LC Anderson in August of 1999 after successful stints at two different Inc 500 start-up companies where he was the top producer. The service division at that time was less than $1M in revenue and 4 technicians. Present day is over $14M in sales with over 20 technicians, an operations staff, and dedicated sales engineers. All of the growth was accomplished organically.
Kurt has worn many hats inside the company, including dispatcher, service manager, service sales engineer, director of service, vice president of service, president of service, and owner. Kurt graduated from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a BS in Marine Engineering and a license from the USCG as a Third Assistant Engineer on Steam and Diesel Power Plants with unlimited horsepower. Summers were spent working in the field as a sheet metal installer for various companies.
