He has held executive training roles in the food service industry, home building industry, as well as the home services industry. Jeff has led teams that provided training to the Direct Energy Home Services brands (One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Mister Sparky, and Airtron) and Service Experts. Jeff is currently the Vice President, Learning and Development for American Residential Services, one of the nation’s largest providers of air conditioning, heating and plumbing services.
Kasee Hamilton is a passionate learning and development professional that provides high-quality training that enhances employee performance, boosts productivity, reduces turnover, and assists in improving company culture. She creates training on topics such as sales, products, safety, human resources, compliance, information technology, and leadership.
