Gervais, who built and sold a technology company before becoming Global President of CorporateConnections, speaks to what it takes to lead and grow a high-performance business. Covey, author of The Speed of Trust and Trust & Inspire, follows with what trust really looks like inside a company and why it’s the foundation of everything else.
